Partners Health Care and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Greater Boston are one of several facilities using the same ICD-10 mapping tool that we are offering. The tool has dual-mapping (9 to 10 and 10 to 9) capabilities, supports a recommended default code, and offers the ability to make changes to the default via configuration mode.
